Crazy Kale is one of those flowers you either instantly fall in love with or can’t quite believe is actually a flower. Grown locally in Dural and available for only a short part of the season, it’s a true hidden gem of the Sydney Flower Market.

With just one grower bringing it to market, Crazy Kale is a rare seasonal find. Every stem has its own sculptural shape and beautifully ruffled texture, making each bunch completely unique. Some bunches are soft creamy ivory, while others feature subtle hints of lilac and purple – all part of their natural charm.

Every stem is naturally different, so your Crazy Kale may vary in shape and colouring from the photos shown. Some bunches are predominantly cream, while others include soft purple and lilac tones. We’ll always choose the most beautiful stems available on the day.

  • No. Every stem is unique, which is part of what makes crazy kale so special. Colours and shapes naturally vary throughout the season.

  • Our crazy kale is grown locally in Dural, NSW.

  • How long is the season?

  • Crazy kale is only available for a short window during winter and generally sells out once the season finishes.

  • Do you offer same-day crazy kale delivery in Sydney?

  • Yes - we offer same-day ornamental kale delivery across Sydney. Just place your order before 12:30pm and your flowers will be dispatched that afternoon. Our deliveries are batched for efficiency, with most arriving from around 1pm onwards.

  • Can I choose a specific delivery time for my crazy kale bouquet?

  • To keep our deliveries efficient (and our prices fair), we batch routes across Sydney each day rather than offering exact time slots. If you need a morning delivery, we can sometimes arrange it for an additional fee - just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Can I add a message or gift with my crazy kale bouquet?

  • Absolutely. You can add a personalised message at checkout, and we’ll attach it to your bouquet. You can also include a photo or video message for something a little more special.   • How will I know my flowers have been delivered?

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your flowers have been delivered safely.

  • How do I care for my crazy kale bouquet?

  • Your flowers will arrive with a water pack to keep them fresh. Once received, trim the stems and place them in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep them out of direct sunlight and refresh the water every couple of days.

  • How long will my crazy kale last?

  • Vase life varies depending on the flower and the time of year, but most bunches will last around 3-5 days, often longer with proper care. Because we prioritise locally grown flowers, they haven’t travelled far, which helps them stay fresher for longer.

  • Do you do weekend flower deliveries to Sydney?

  • Yes! We deliver flowers and gifts on Saturday and Sunday all across Sydney. Just order before 12.30pm for same day delivery.

  • Is it possible to place a flower order for multiple bouquets at once?

  • Absolutely! Just select the number of flowers you require when ordering, if you’re delivering all bunches to the same address. For orders to multiple addresses, or orders that include different products, just press ‘continue shopping’ when you get to the cart to add more flowers or gifts to your order.
